Mumbai Indians hold the record for winning the most matches in the history of the tournament. This is confirmed by the fact that they currently hold the record for which IPL team won most matches in the league. 

Their achievements do not stop there, as they were also the first team to win 100 matches in IPL and have secured five IPL champions (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and IPL 2020). The team features several star players who have showcased their cricketing excellence, including Rohit Sharma, Kieron Pollard, and Lasith Malinga.

The second team known for its consistency in the IPL franchise leagues is Chennai Super Kings (CSK). To achieve their goals, the team has consistently trained and repeatedly displayed incredible form, which will undoubtedly help them secure more titles in the future. Among the star players in the team’s history are Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, and Gautam Gambhir, who led KKR and added two IPL champions titles.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is a team with great potential. Although they have not yet won an Indian Premier League title, they remain strong contenders for the IPL final. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) was created to replace another team, Deccan Chargers, and is currently considered to be quite a strong competitor in the tournament. Punjab Kings (PBKS), formerly known as Kings XI Punjab, in all 17 seasons, have failed to win the title despite some strong performances where they finished 3rd in 2008 and 2nd in IPL 2014. The team has managed to win over 100 matches in IPL history. Over the years, PBKS has featured such outstanding players with individual records as KL Rahul, who has been one of the leading players for the team, while Chris Gayle and Glenn Maxwell have provided explosive batting power.
